Cancel, Return and Exchange Policy

1. ARCNORD Private limited ("ARCNORD",
"arcnord", "we", "us" or "our") is
owning and operating the website www.arcnord.com (collectively
known as "arcnord", "website", or app") along with
other things, facilitate the sale and purchase of various products to the
customer ('customer”, “user", "users", "you" or
"yours")
2. This cancellation, return, exchange and refund policy together
with terms and conditions and other policies on the website sets out our
policies and procedures for cancellation, return, exchange or refund of
products purchased at www.arcnord.com
3. By continuing browsing, surfing or purchasing on website,
you agree to terms in the policy without modifications, if you do not agree to
any or whole of the policy terms, you are requested not to navigate / use or
perform any transaction on website.
4. It is possible that cancellation, return, replacement policy
may get changed without any prior information / notice at sole discretion of
ARCNORD.

Return & Exchange:
We understand that sometimes you need to Cancel, Return
or Exchange few or all items of the order and we keep the process simple and
fair.
Order
Cancellation
You can cancel individual item or all items of your order
until it is not delivered.
For delivered products you can return the product within 15
days from delivery date. Please do not damage or use the product before
returning as it can invalidate the return.
Product purchased on Sale can also be cancelled or returned.
Process to Cancel:
1. Go to My Orders in your profile section, Select the product or products you want to cancel, click on the Cancel button. Your request will be processed, and confirmation will be sent to you via SMS or email or both.
2. Message to mobile number 94257 43362, from your registered mobile number mentioning order Number.
3. Write to us on contactus@arcnord.com from your registered email mentioning order number.
4. Call our customer Support number 022-3515 3966 or 94257 43362 from your registered mobile number. Pls provide order number for cancellation. You may be verified for rightful owner of order.
Refund for Cancelled Orders already Paid:
Once your order/ Item is cancelled, the refund will be processed,
and amount will be credited to the same source / account from where the order
was paid, within 7 working days. Refunds will be given through online system
from where payment has been made, no cash refunds can be made for order refund.
Item
Return:
Item can be returned once the product is delivered to you
and due to any reason, you want to return it.
Due to reasons like hygiene or safety many products listed /
made available / displayed on website are non-returnable. Information regarding
returnability of individual product is mentioned in product page, you are
requested to check item return possibility there.

However, the products identified as non-returnable can still
be returned if item(s) delivered are defective, are not complete or have
missing parts, damaged during delivery or product delivered is different from
ordered product within 15 days of delivery.
All accessories or associated items as well as free items
are required to be returned along with the main product for return.
Return is possible if product is found to be in their
original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact and unused
condition.
Process to Return:

2. Message to mobile number 94257 43362, from your registered mobile number mentioning order Number and item you want to return.
4. Call our customer Support number 022-3515 3966 or 94257 43362 from your registered mobile number. Pls provide order number and item details for return. You may be verified for rightful owner of order.
You can request for item return within15 days from delivery, after your return request we will pick up the said item from you and get verified at our warehouse. We will initiate a refund once the product is screened and found to be in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar codes intact and product is unused.
Refund in Case of Return
For Online Orders if Item is in returnable condition, the
refund will be processed, and amount will be credited to the same source / account
from where the order was paid within 7 days after approval of return request.
For Cash on Delivery orders, If Item is in returnable condition,
the refund will be processed, and amount will be credited to the account. The receiving
account details will be required to be shared by you through registered email /
Mobile number. The refund amount shall be reflected into account within 7 days
after approval of return request and your account details submission.
Item Exchange
/ Replacement:
Item can be exchanged once the product is delivered to you
and due to any reason, you want to exchange it.
Due to reasons like hygiene or safety many products listed /
made available / displayed on website are not returnable and not eligible for
exchange. Information regarding returnability or replacement of individual product
is mentioned on the product page, you are requested to check item return/exchange
possibility there.
If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any
reason, you can always return it for a refund.
However, the products identified as non-returnable or non-replaceable
can still be exchanged if items(s) delivered are defective, are not complete or
have missing parts, damaged during delivery or product delivered is different
from ordered product within 15 days of delivery.
All accessories or associated items as well as free items
are required to be returned along with the main product for return.

If item under Exchange / Replacement request is out of stock, replacement is not permissible, still item can be returned using return procedure and can be refunded. A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.
