After successful order placement, yo will see order confirmation with order number, also we send order number through sms / email, but

in case you didnt recieved any of the mentioned, it is possible your order is not sucessfully placed, and if any amount is deducted, it

will be refunded within 2-3 days. Meanwhile you can place new order.

if your order is sucessfully placed but order is not showing in your login account, please try to access your account after 30 minutes and if

still it is not showing you are requested to connect with us by writing at contactus@arcnord.com or calling us at 022 3515 3966 to resolve 

issue.

Coupons are designed for single use and they get exhausted once order is sucessfully placed. In case due to some reason, you need to

cancel the order, after successful completion of order cancellation, you are required to notify us the issue and we can provide you similar

coupon for another single use only. In case if you again cancel the order which utilised the particular coupon, that particular coupon will

cannot be provided again. 

Pls note that expiry of one coupon does not means that you will not get any new coupuns under other schemes which can be used for future orders.

After order is successfully placed, order editing is not allowed by system.

For new or missed items you are requested to place new order. In case you want to remove any item from your order, you can do it, by

visiting order section and cancel the item you dont want to buy. Refund process of cancelled item will be initiated and refund amount will

be credited in account from where payment has been made.

Yes, you can buy various different items in a single order.

To buy various items in a single order add all the products you want to buy to the cart. Once you have added all the products with their

respective quantities, click on the Proceed to check out button for address check and payment options.

After sucessful order placement, order confirmation with order number will be displayed on screen. Order status can also be checked in

your account order section. a seperate sms or email or both will be sent to your registered mobile number or registered email address

with order number.

Yes, you can leave the cart with items without completing checkout. The items with same quantities will be present in your cart in your next login session.

The items kept in cart may have changes in price, avialability or delivery possibility on real time basis and without any prior notice. This change include expiring of promotions or offers, which any product is offering at that time.

The items for future purchase can also be kept in wishlist, which may supports in item search for future purchases.

Wishlist is provided to keep item in your account which you intend to buy in future.

To add item in wishlist, select and click Heart icon provided on product picture, If you are already looged in your account it will directly add item in your wishlist account, else you need to login in your account.

Sucessful addition of item in your wishlist account can be seen at Heart icon on webpage and also in your account.

While completing purchase, you can either pay upfront by various payment modes avialable or Pay while taking item delivery. Cash on Delivery (CoD) allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery at your doorstep. To avail CoD facility kindly select Cash on Delivery (CoD) on the payment page.

Kindly note: CoD facility is having some conditions listed below

  1. CoD payment can be made only in Indian Rupees. We do not accept foreign currency, Cheques or Demand Drafts.
  2. CoD facility is available for orders above INR 500 and maximum upto INR 5000.0

There are various secured options to make payments for the purchases. Various payments method includes Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI,

Netbanking, Cash on Delivery.

Once you reach payment option, please click pay buttton and our service provider webpage will be prompted to provide relevant details,

and after providing various details, payment will be processed.

Pls do not refresh your browser once payment process starts to avoid payment failures.

After sucess full placement of order, we regularly update the order delivery status, and also keep track of it internally, but still under

exceptional case delivery is not completed, you can contact us either by writing or calling us directly and we will update the delivery status to

you. 

In case of damaged or opened packet / package, you are requested not to accept delivery, stating the reason of not accepting the delivery. 

After opening of package please ensure that you have recived the items as mentioned in package. In exceptional case of missing or short supply you need to write to us with 48 hours.

 

 

 

Kindly reach out us via customer care within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Kindly make note of the following pointers: 1. Please do not use the item for which complaint is being raised. 2. You might be asked to send pictures of the packet or the product and might be required to answer a few questions to understand the scenario. 3. The refund for prepaid/Cash on Delivery orders will be done only after the investigation. 4. You must not dispose off the packaging post delivery. We might need to pick up your order for investigation at our end. You may not be liable for a refund, if you fall in any of the scenarios stated below: 1. Failure to provide adequate information about the product. 2. Failure to provide snapshots of the packet or the damaged product. 3. You have used the item for which the complaint was raised. In case of an item missing from a multi-component order packaging, you will be refunded for the amount paid for the missing item. Exchange and return option will be provided on the basis of serviceability and product type.

To avoid any Shipping delays and miscommunications, Shipping address editing is prohibited after order placement. 

However you can always edit / delete or add new address in your account for your present or future use. Even while placing order you

can always use new shipping address which is different from your saved addresses.

In case of extreme situations, you are requested to contact us and will be happy to resolve yor issue of shipping address.

All the orders below or equal to Rs. 599 are required to pay Rs. 79.00 which is termed as a logistics fees.

In case of order cancellation, order is lost or order is undelivered, full refund will be provided including logistics fees for online orders.

If order is delivered and you want to return the return qualified items, logistics fees charged will not be refunded.

No, Presently we are delivering items within India.

There are no charges for Cancelling, individual item from an order or the complete order.

After successful placement of order, provision for partial or full order cancellation is provided in your order details, which can be utilised

to cancel order itemwise or full. You can also contact us for assisting you for cancelling your order.

Refund process will start, once we receive the items back and verify it's packaging/condition.

Please note that item once delivered cannot be cancelled from system and item return needs to be booked. We accept return qualified

items returned within 15 days.

Logistics charges will be refunded if total order is cancelled, however under partial or part of the order cancellation conditions, logistics

charges will not be refunded.

Due to hygiene issues, various items are classified as a non returnable. All item details are having return exchange policy, which

exclusively mention whether item is returnable or non-returnable. However items which are delivered defective, damaged or wrong,

and not used by buyer are eligible for return.

Once items are delivered, you can book return of items at individual level or full order items. Please note that items return is permissible

if you have received a Damaged or Wrong or Defective product. Pls do not accept any package which is in open condition or tampered

with. We encourage our buyers to take picture of package for any possible damages. Under exceptional case of missing items, you need to

take picture of package and its contents and write to us at contactus@arcnord.com and we will investigate the issue to resolve it. 

We accept item return or replacement request within 15 days of order placement.

Refund process starts after we receive and complete quality checks of received items at our warehouse. For orders paid online, the refund

will be credited to the same account from which payments has been made. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders , we will refund applicable

amount to the details of account shared by you to us, to avoid any delays and wrong refunds accurate details shall be provided by

you.Please allows 7 days to complete the refund amount to your account after returned item(s) completes quality inspection successfully.

We will be sending status updates through sms or email or both on your registered mobile number or registered email.

Please do not respond to unsolicited enquiries asking your account details in context of fast refund process.

and your profile. Avialability of all these informations with you at the time of shopping may enhace your shopping experience .
