The Plum 3% Niacinamide Toner with Rice Water - (150ml) is a superhero who helps fight blemishes and unclogs pores. This niacinamide toner also has rice ferment and oat extracts to improve the skin barrier, moisturize the skin, and aid in minimizing pore size and controlling acne.

How to Use: 

Gently dab on your face and neck after cleansing them with a few drops on your hand or a cotton ball. Air-dry the toner. In the daytime, follow it up with a serum, possibly a moisturiser, and SPF. Apply twice daily. Never fail to patch test.
