Take 1-2 tbsp Healthy Hair Oil, depending on your hair length and apply directly on the scalp, hair before wash. Massage well for 3-5 minutes. Leave it on for minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
When to use: For the best results, use 2-3 times per week for at least 90 days.
